Loved the show! Amy introduced the topics flawlessly with the way she personified each body part. I left feeling smarter, happier with my body and truly entertained!

I found this show right up my alley. Bodily fluids and functions are given the limelight. A bold and brave enterprise

Ditto that! I told her she should start making TikTok videos!

This show was funny and informative without ever being didactic. Such a clever way to talk about issues that affect countless women (and some men) but are hardly ever spoken about, even in private. Liberate women from bladder pain! Urologists and gynecologists have only just started to treat pelvic floor related pain in the last few decades. But most women just blame themselves for “having a bladder the size of a pee.” I wish Amy did patient treatment videos on all manner of medical conditions. It’s like the funny version of those flight safety videos. Much easier to absorb info with her humor, songs, and characterizations of various body parts. Even if you think you have no interest in the subject, it’s a poignant solo show about coping with the medical profession, one’s body, shame, trust, and self acceptance. “You are disgustingly beautiful!”

We saw this last night, so great! What a wonderfully refreshing and humorous journey on a lens of what humans go through with pelvic floor issues, that are never talked about! Amy Veltman does a wonderful job supporting the feminine experience and including the human experience of the pelvic lifespan, making you laugh and feel less alone, in the P challenges of life. As a woman, I found her so relatable. She presents in a creative and non-vulgar way, making this a comfortable pelvic floor experience! The way Amy presents her characters, music, use of video and props made the show engaging and delightful. Every woman would benefit from the education as you’ll learn something! And every person benefits as you or someone you know, is definitely, a “wee” bit shy about the changes to that support system!

Amy Veltman does a thorough and witty exploration of Fufu Land which at times morphed into a floor dropping Mary-Ellen roast. Amy is captivating in this show, especially with the multiple characters portrayed who are thrust in and out of Amy’s journey – the transitions between characters, musical interludes and film were tight. I may have laughed so hard at points that I peed (a wee bit), but now I know there is help out there for me.

Amy’s flexes all the right muscles in her Pelvic Service Announcement. The show is a laugh-out-loud, sing along, multimedia extravaganza— totally worth seeing. Amy is a gem of a performer. Run don’t walk to get your tickets.

If you want to learn more about the genesis of PSA: PELVIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT, I talked about it in a delightful conversation with Accredited Fringe Reviewer Jo Tomalin: http://fringereview.co.uk/blogsandcolumns/jo-tomalin-2/general/2024/jo-tomalin-talks-with-any-veltman-about-psa-pelvic-service-announcement-at-sf-fringe/

I saw this show at the San Diego Fringe Festival. Just seeing Veltman sing her “wee wee” song at Preview Night I knew I’d be in for something bold and different and was I ever. It’s relentlessly smart, funny and even educational. I live in SF and hope to see it again – it’s that good.
